This is a rehab project. A little work and it could be something again. Owner is in process of cleaning it out. This building has been used as a general type store, butcher shop, and cabinet shop over the years. Owner has done some work in the main building, more to be done. Lots of possibilities on a busy highway between Excelsior Springs and Richmond. Even though it has been used as a commercial building, it is actually zoned Residential. P & Z says there would be no problem getting it zoned Commercial. Just a couple of miles from Ray Rocks Riding Park, and wineries too!
